How it Works

  1. Refer a Friend: It’s simple! Just tell your friends, family, and neighbors to call us at our Refer A Friend Hotline: 859-66-REFER (859-667-3337) to schedule an estimate for new heating and cooling equipment.
  2. Mention Your Name: When your friends, family, or neighbors call us on the hotline to book their estimate, all they need to do is let us know your name as the person who referred them. This is crucial to ensure you receive your reward. If they do not call through the hotline and choose to call our main number or book online, please make sure they mention the refer-a-friend program so we can ensure you both receive your rewards.
  3. Earn Rewards:
    • Referrer’s Reward: As a token of our appreciation for spreading the word about Quality Comfort Home Services, you will receive a $100 VISA card upon the installation of the new heating and cooling system for each friend you refer.
    • Friend’s Discount: Your friends, family, and neighbors will also benefit from your referral. They will receive up to $200 off their installation. $100 per heating unit and $100 per cooling unit, so $200 off if they do both! This means they can enjoy improved home comfort at a more affordable price, all thanks to you.

Q: Does this apply to service or just installations?

A: The referral program currently only applies to heating and cooling installations

Q: Does my friend have to call or can they contact you another way?

A: They can call us at 859-66-REFER or if they’d prefer to book online, please make sure they mention the “refer a friend” program and your name in their booking request.

Q: How will I receive the gift card?

A: The $100 VISA gift card will be mailed to your home after completion of your friend’s installation. We aim to send this out within 10 business days of installation, but sometimes it may take longer.

Q: How does my friend receive their discount?

A: Their discount up to $200 will automatically be taken off of their estimate at the time of consultation.

 

Program details: Must be a current or past customer of Quality Comfort Home Services to qualify for rewards. Person being referred must be new to Quality Comfort OR has not used any of our services in the last 5 years. The person being referred must purchase some type of heating and air conditioning equipment from Quality Comfort. To qualify for rewards eligible customers must call the Refer-A-Friend phone line or mention the program and person who referred them when booking online. Rewards cannot be applied after the time of installation. All rewards are subject to review by Quality Comfort. Installation rewards may not combined with another promotional offer. Greatest value offer will be applied.
