Step 1: Your Journey Begins with a Free Estimate

The process kicks off with the first point of contact – setting up a free estimate with one of our knowledgeable Comfort Advisors. These experts are not only well-versed in air conditioning systems, but also understand the specific needs of your home. During this appointment, they will assess your home’s layout, size, and any unique requirements to provide you with an accurate estimate tailored to your needs. If you’re interested they will also discuss our financing options with you. We have many plans to fit your budget.  The estimate will be discussed at length with you in person, but will also be sent to your email to keep on record.

Step 2: Approving the Estimate and Scheduling Installation

Once you’re satisfied with the estimate provided by our Comfort Advisor you will click “approve” within the email you received. The next step involves receiving a call from our friendly office staff. They will work with you to schedule a suitable installation date that aligns with your convenience.

Step 3: Pre-Job Walkthrough for Complex Installations

For more complex installation projects, we may schedule a pre-job walkthrough. This additional step allows our installation team to gain a deeper understanding of the installation requirements specific to your home. It ensures that everything is meticulously planned for a smooth execution on the actual installation day.

Step 4: Installation Day – A Seamless Experience

On the scheduled installation day, expect a text notification when our installation team is en route to your location. Our professional team takes the utmost care in maintaining the cleanliness of your home – they wear shoe covers inside the home and handle the installation process with precision and respect.

The process begins with the removal and disposal of your existing air conditioner. Our skilled technicians then expertly install the new air conditioner in its designated location. Throughout the installation, homeowners are encouraged to ask questions and seek clarifications at any point.

During this installation Quality Comfort will be including $2,000 of add-ons to make sure your investment looks its best and lasts as long as possible. These are included on each and every air conditioner installation.

Step 5: Thorough Testing and Checklist Review

The installation team is equipped with an extensive checklist to ensure that every aspect of the installation is executed flawlessly. This includes checking:

• superheat/subcool
• refrigerant pressures
• electrical
• leveling
• plenum
• lineset
• condensate drain line
• dip switches
• fuses
• blower speeds

and various other critical parameters to guarantee optimal performance. Depending on the type of air conditioner (single stage or variable speed), the entire installation typically takes between 3 to 5 hours.

Step 6: Cleaning Up and Final Checks

Once the installation is successfully completed and thoroughly tested, our installation team takes the initiative to clean up the work area, leaving your home as tidy as they found it. They will also provide guidance on operating any new thermostats if applicable, ensuring that you’re comfortable with your new system.

We register your equipment and parts warranty on our end. There is no paperwork for you to do! If you are installing with another company, make sure you get the information on who is registering and if you are responsible, find out what the process entails.

Step 7: Post-Installation Inspection for Ultimate Satisfaction

Around a week after the installation, a Quality Comfort manager, often the same Comfort Advisor you worked with during the estimate, will visit your home for a post-installation inspection. This step ensures that you’re completely satisfied with the new air conditioning unit, have no further queries, and that all installation touch-ups have been addressed.
