You’ll receive an arrival window in the morning or afternoon for your appointment. However, you won’t have to wait around on us for long because we text you when we’re on the way to your home! Once your service expert has thoroughly checked your system, they will discuss any findings with you. Your technician will then email you a copy of your complete tune-up inspection report that includes a minimum of 15 different elements we checked on your system. This report features a red/yellow/green rating system for different parts of your air conditioner or furnace so you can easily see how your system is running. We even offer contactless payment options so we can send you a link to pay for your tune up quickly and easily!
